We had a fabulous trip to Myrtle Beach for our summer vacation. It was everything we could have asked for...and more. Because Hurricane Hanna was forecast to hit the coast, we had already planned for bad weather that had the potential to keep us indoors for much of our stay. Friday night and early Saturday morning was quite rough. Strong winds, heavy rain and choppy waves for several hours. We lost power twice and the howling wind woke me up several times throughout the night. I will post a daily diary of our trip....read on!!
